Cybersecurity Policy

Last updated: November 3, 2026

Our Commitment

Trinity Lending Company handles sensitive personal and financial information every day. We maintain a written information security program designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer information, consistent with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and the FTC Safeguards Rule (16 CFR Part 314).

How We Protect Your Information

Data in transit is protected with industry-standard encryption (TLS), and sensitive data at rest is encrypted.

Access to customer information is limited to authorized staff who need it to do their jobs, and is protected with multi-factor authentication.

Loan applications are submitted through a secure, encrypted application portal.

Systems are kept up to date with security patches, endpoint protection, and continuous monitoring.

Employees receive regular security awareness training, including how to recognize phishing and social engineering.

Vendors and Service Providers

We select service providers that maintain appropriate safeguards and require them by contract to protect customer information.

Incident Response

We maintain an incident response plan. If a security event affects your information, we will notify you and the appropriate regulators as required by applicable federal and state law.

Protect Yourself From Wire Fraud

Trinity Lending Company will never ask you to send money or change wiring instructions by email or text. Before wiring any funds, always call your loan officer or closing agent at a verified phone number to confirm the instructions.

We will never ask for your password or one-time security codes.
